Everything begins with the right strategy and a structured plan.  We start by doing a complete audit of the existing brand and it's operations and management.  Digging deep into the everyday workings of the concept.  This allows us to generate a report where we point out all the potential improvements that can be made.  This can be anything from operational issues to marketing strategy disconnect.

We then prepare a corrective action plan that can be implemented to rectify all the points mentioned in the audit and start a 90 day plan to action everything.  Once completed we would then help run the system correctly and have another review after six months. 

We work closely with the management team to come up with the right system that works for the brand and it's operations.  We look at the Top-Level requirements that may need to be addressed and implement the right POS and inventory management procedures.  We train the management and staff to work through our Front-Of-House and Back-Of-House manuals to ensure that the restaurant works at the highest standards. 

We prepare mid-year and yearly goals for the management to have constant improvement.  And a monthly management report is provided giving a complete snapshot of the business and it's achievements.

We support all aspects of Human Resources.  Everything from preparing all documentations and submissions for labour departments all the way to staff training and payroll management  

We conduct quarterly reviews alongside the outlet manager as well as support staff training and prepare all manning guides for the managers to use throughout the year.

We have a team of Accountants that manage all book keeping requirements from setting up and managing the full chart of accounts, issuing all vendor payments, maintaining cash flow reports and preparing all extensive monthly reports to provide a complete in depth picture of the companies figures.

We also ensure that the outlet is keeping accurate stock reports and that allows the business maintain the right ordering process and reduce wastage.

With several years of Dubai experience and working with over a hundred vendors, we are able to extend similar terms across more brands which can severely help reduce the load on the brands procurement.  We are also able to re-negotiate prices across common vendors to help reduce cost-of-sales and hence increase profit margins.
