Born and brought up in Goa, India, Chef Prashant pursued his education in Hotel Management in Mumbai. He began his culinary career with the Taj Group of Hotels, one of the leading hotel chains in India.

Chef Prashant's foray into the culinary world began by exploring flavors in the kitchens of Mumbai and Goa. This eventually led him to work at some of the top and most prestigious restaurants in cities like Bangkok, Geneva, and Dubai.

His passion for Indian cooking and his constant pursuit of discovering its diversity has given him opportunities to be a part of some of the world's best kitchens, including GAGGAN in Bangkok, which was named ASIA's #1 and #10 in the WORLD'S 50 Best restaurants from 2015-2018. Additionally, Chef Prashant was honored to work as a chef de cuisine at Michelin-starred RASOI at the Mandarin Oriental, Geneva. Rasoi was consistently awarded one MICHELIN STAR for 2 years under Chef Prashant’s leadership.

With all his diverse international exposure, Prashant has developed his unique cooking style that is marked with global influences, showcasing local ingredients and progressive modern techniques. Currently, he is working as Executive Chef in Masti and was responsible for opening new and exciting brands like Bombay Bungalow, Masti, and My Mosa. Chef Prashant's other passions include travel and photography.

Meet Jeet Verma, the award-winning bar manager of Masti Cocktails & Cuisine in Dubai. With a passion for creating perfectly crafted cocktails, Jeet started his career in flair bartending but soon found his calling in mixology, where he could tap into his creative streak and bring together flavors and cultures.

In his role as bar manager, Jeet is responsible for designing the menu, training the staff, managing events, and ensuring guest satisfaction. With his focus on training the team, anticipating guests' needs, and up-selling without hurting their pockets, Jeet has driven sales and created a reputation for Masti's crafted cocktails and gin selection.

Jeet's success is not just in the drinks he creates, but in the effort he puts into each one. With a dedication to consistency and teamwork, Jeet has built strong relationships with suppliers and collaborated with brands like Bacardi, Remy Martin, and Franklin and Perrier.
